The busywork I can take off your plate.

Ten kinds of repetitive work I automate for small businesses, how a project runs from the first call to go live, and straight answers to what people usually ask before they book.

What I automate

Pick the task that bugs you most. Start there.

Most people start with one automation, watch it run for a couple of weeks, then add the next. Each one below is its own fixed-scope build.

Your store and orders

Stock, orders and the data behind them, kept in step without anyone copying a thing.

  • E-commerce and Shopify operationsFlagship

    Right now

You're updating stock by hand from supplier files, and every so often you sell something you don't have.

    Once it's automated

Supplier feeds, stock levels and product data sync to your store on a schedule, matched by SKU and checked before anything changes.

  • Order fulfillment

    Right now

Every paid order gets copied into an email, a sheet or a supplier portal before anyone can ship it.

    Once it's automated

Paid orders go straight to whoever ships them, with everything they need, and tracking goes back to the customer.

  • Web and data scraping

    Right now

You check the same supplier sites, prices or listings every week and type the numbers into a sheet.

    Once it's automated

The numbers get collected on a schedule and land in one sheet, ready when you are.

  • Data migration

    Right now

You're moving to a new tool and dreading the export, the clean-up and the re-import.

    Once it's automated

Your records move once, get cleaned on the way, and get checked on the other side so nothing's left behind.

Routine moves between tools. Large legacy systems are their own project.

Leads and customers

Every enquiry answered and every booking made, without you chasing anyone.

4 services
  • Lead follow-ups

    Right now

A new enquiry comes in at 9pm and hears back the next afternoon, if someone remembers.

    Once it's automated

They get a real reply in seconds, the lead lands in your CRM, and follow-ups go out on schedule until they answer.

  • Auto-responders

    Right now

Messages on Facebook, Instagram and your website sit unread until someone gets round to them.

    Once it's automated

Every message gets an answer straight away, and the ones that need a person get flagged to you.

  • 24/7 support chatbots

    Right now

The same ten questions come in every day and you answer them one at a time.

    Once it's automated

A chatbot trained on how you actually answer handles the common ones day and night, and passes the rest to you.

  • Scheduling

    Right now

Booking one call takes four emails of "does Tuesday work?"

    Once it's automated

Clients pick a slot themselves, it lands in your calendar, and the reminders go out without you.

Your own admin

The stuff that fills your morning before the real work starts.

2 services
  • Inbox management

    Right now

Your inbox eats the first hour of every morning.

    Once it's automated

Emails get sorted, labelled and filed as they arrive, with drafts waiting for the ones that need a reply.

  • Meeting notes

    Right now

Someone has to take notes, and the action items get lost anyway.

    Once it's automated

Calls get transcribed, and a summary of who's doing what lands in everyone's inbox minutes after you hang up.

Don't see yours? If it's repetitive and follows the same rules every time, it can probably be automated. Try the checker on the home page, or just tell me about it on a call.

A real build

Home goods e-commerceRuns nightlyUnattended

How a home goods store stopped updating stock by hand.

A home goods e-commerce brand was keeping more than 800 products in step with three vendors' stock files, by hand. That was 80 to 100 hours a week between two people. I built a nightly sync that reads every feed, matches it by SKU and updates the store before anyone's awake. It's been running unattended since launch.

Platforms

The right tool for the job, not the one I'm used to.

I'll recommend a platform on the call, based on what you already use, how complex the job is, and what it'll cost you to run each month.

  • Zapier

The easiest to live with if you're not technical. Simple, reliable links between popular apps.

  • Make

For multi-step workflows that need to reshape data along the way.

  • n8n

Full control and lower running costs, especially self-hosted.

  • GoHighLevel

The pick if it's already your CRM. Pipelines, follow-ups and bookings in one place.

  • Power Automate

The right fit if your business runs on Microsoft 365.

When a no-code tool can't reach something, like a gated supplier portal or a messy file format, I write a small script to do that part. The inventory sync above runs that way.

What you get

Every build comes finished, not just switched on.

Included

  • A discovery call to map how the task runs today
  • A written plan of the automation before any building starts
  • The build, on your own accounts
  • Testing with your real data, including the odd cases and what happens when something fails
  • Go live, with a walkthrough
  • A short guide to what triggers it, the steps it runs and the logic behind them
  • 14 days of support after launch for anything in my build

Not included

  • Custom software or apps. I work inside existing platforms.
  • Platform subscriptions. Zapier, Make and the rest bill you directly, and the accounts stay in your name.
  • Running your tools day to day outside the automation.
  • Large legacy data migrations. Those are a separate project.

How a project runs

Five stages. You're needed for three of them.

The home page has the short version. Here's the full one, with how long each part takes.

3stages need you
2stages are on me

You're needed30 minutes, free

Discovery call

You walk me through the task. I tell you honestly whether it's worth automating and which platform fits.

You're needed1 to 2 business days

Proposal and agreement

I send a written scope, timeline and fixed price. You approve it and pay the 50 percent deposit.

On me1 to 14 business days

Build

I build it and test it against your real data. You carry on with your week.

You're needed2 to 3 business days

Your review

You run it on live work and tell me what to change.

On me1 day

Go live and handover

It switches on, we walk through it together, you get the docs, and your 14 days of support start.

How long it takes

SizeWhat that meansBuildStart to finish
Simple1 to 3 steps, 2 apps1 to 2 business days3 to 5 business days
Standard4 to 10 steps, 3 to 5 apps3 to 5 business days5 to 8 business days
Complex10+ steps, branching logic, 5+ apps7 to 14 business days10 to 18 business days

The clock starts once the deposit is in and I have access to everything I need.

Pricing

One fixed fee, agreed before I start.

I don't publish prices, because no two builds are the same size. On the call we talk about what the task costs you now and what you'd like to spend, and I scope the build to fit. Then you get one fixed price in writing, so there's no meter running.

  • Fixed fee per project, scoped after the discovery call
  • 50 percent deposit to start, 50 percent on your sign-off
  • Platform subscriptions billed to you directly by the platform
  • 14 days of post-launch support included
  • Optional monthly maintenance after that
  • Payment by PayPal, Wise, Veem, bank transfer or GCash

Questions

What people usually ask first.

How much does an automation cost?

It depends on the task, the platform and how many tools it touches, so I don't publish a price list. After a free call you get one fixed fee in writing, scoped to your budget. You pay half to start and half once you've signed off on it working.

Do I pay for Zapier or Make on top of that?

Yes. The platforms bill you directly, and the accounts stay in your name. I'll tell you which plan you actually need, which is often a cheaper one than you'd expect.

Which platform should I use?

That's what the call is for. Roughly: Zapier if you want easy, Make or n8n if you need more power or lower running costs, GoHighLevel if it's already your CRM, and Power Automate if your business runs on Microsoft 365.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to the tools involved, a walkthrough of how you do the task today (a quick Loom video is perfect), some sample data to test with, and a clear idea of what should kick it off and what should happen at the end. I'll send a short form after we sign so nothing gets missed.

How long does a project take?

Simple builds usually take 3 to 5 business days from start to finish, standard ones 5 to 8, and complex ones 10 to 18. The clock starts once the deposit is in and I have access.

What happens if it breaks after launch?

For 14 days after go live, anything that breaks because of my build gets fixed at no charge. After that, or if something changed on your side, like a new tool or an extra step, I'll quote the fix as a small separate job. If you'd rather not think about it, a monthly maintenance plan covers it.

What do I get when you hand it over?

A short guide showing what kicks the automation off, the steps it runs and the logic behind them, so you know how the process works. You don't have to fix anything yourself. If it stops, or your process changes and there's a new step in between, just message me and I'll sort it. Within 14 days of go live, anything down to my build is on me. After that, or if the change is on your side, I'll quote it as a small separate job.

How do you handle our data and logins?

Your credentials are used for your build and nothing else, and they're never shared. Where I can, I'll ask for limited-permission access, and I'd suggest revoking anything you set up just for the build once we're done. I'm happy to sign a mutual NDA before the call.

Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?

Yes. I'm based in the Philippines and work fully remote with businesses in North America, Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia. Calls happen on Google Meet, booked at a time that works in your time zone.

What can't you automate?

Anything that needs a judgement call every single time, like deciding which customer gets a refund. What I can usually do is automate the steps around it, so the decision is the only part left for a person. If something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you on the call.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, thirty minutes with no obligation. If automation isn't the answer for you, I'll say so.
