About

I'm Alex. I build the automations that give people their time back.

I spent 13 years in marketing and e-commerce, doing a lot of the busywork I now automate. Let's Automate is me: one person, from the first call to go live.

How I got here

I did the busywork for years. Now I automate it.

You didn't start your business to spend your day copying data between spreadsheets. Neither did I.

2013

Marketing, the long way round

I started freelancing in marketing: branding, social, paid media, print and video, for clients in retail, wholesale, insurance, automotive and real estate.

The e-commerce years

That turned into running online stores across Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. That's where I saw it. Half of running a store is moving numbers from one screen to another.

2025

All in on automation

I trained properly on Zapier, Make, n8n and GoHighLevel, and started automating the work I used to do by hand.

2026

Real builds, running every day

A nightly inventory sync that handed a team 80+ hours a week back. An AI assistant that keeps a team's tasks, briefings and follow-ups straight. Daily task digests and a hiring pipeline that run without anyone touching them.

Now

Let's Automate

So I made it the job. Same approach for everyone: find the task that's eating your day, and build the thing that takes it off your plate.

Why that matters to you

I judge an automation by what it does for the business, not whether it runs.

  1. I speak owner, not engineer.

You won't need to learn a single technical term to work with me. You tell me what's slowing you down, I handle the rest.

  2. I've done the work I'm automating.

Stock updates, lead follow-ups, weekly reports. I did them by hand for years, so I know where they go wrong and what "done" should look like.

  3. Results first.

A workflow that runs but doesn't save you time or money isn't finished. The output is what matters, so that's what I check.

Some of what I've built

Real builds, not just certificates.

A few of them are running inside a business every day. A few I built to show what's possible before a client asked. Each one's labelled.

  • Nightly inventory sync

    Running in a business

Three vendors, 800+ products, synced every night with zero oversells since launch.

  • AI assistant for a busy team

    Running in a business

Seven specialist skills working together: morning briefings, tasks picked up from conversations, blockers flagged before they turn into late.

  • Daily task digest

    Running in a business

Every team member gets their own to-do list each morning, by email and in the team chat, without anyone compiling it.

  • AI voice receptionist

    Built to show it's possible

Answers the phone, checks availability, books, reschedules and cancels, then reports back on every call. Built on VAPI and n8n.

  • AI inquiry responder

    Built to show it's possible

Reads incoming enquiries, filters out the noise and replies to the real ones in seconds.

  • Lead follow-up system

    Built to show it's possible

A five-path lead lifecycle with automatic follow-ups and personalised emails, so no lead goes quiet by accident.

How I work

A few things you can count on.

  1. I'll tell you if it's not worth automating.

Some things aren't. I'd rather say so on a free call than sell you a workflow you don't need.

  2. You deal with me the whole way.

No account managers, no hand-offs. The person on the first call is the person who builds it.

  3. Everything's built on your accounts.

The tools stay in your name, so you're never locked in to me.

  4. When something changes, I fix it.

You don't need to learn how it works inside. Message me and I'll sort it.
