Privacy Policy

The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you, I never sell it, and I delete it when it's no longer useful. The details are below.

Who's responsible

Let's Automate is run by me, Alex Atuel, from the Philippines. I'm the one who decides what happens to your information. If you have a question about anything on this page, email info@letsautomateph.com and I'll answer it myself.

What I collect, and when

When you try the checker. The sentence you type is sent to an AI model to work out the answer you see. It isn't saved anywhere by me, and it isn't linked to you. If you close the page, it's gone.

When you send me your details (from the checker or the Book a call page), I save:

  • your name and email
  • what you typed about your task, and the tools you mentioned
  • your budget range, if you picked one
  • which form you used and the date
  • the country you're in, worked out from your connection (country only, nothing more precise)
  • a short private note for me: a first read of your task, which tools I'll need to check, and a few questions worth asking on a call

When you book a call, the booking tool saves your name, email, the time you picked and anything you write in the notes box, and adds the call to my calendar with a Google Meet link.

When you email me, I have your email and whatever you wrote, like any inbox.

What I never ask for. I don't ask for or need your ID, a selfie, or photos of documents to verify who you are, not on this site and not by email. If anyone claiming to be Let's Automate asks you for them, it isn't me. Please don't send them, and let me know at info@letsautomateph.com.

When you visit the site, I see visit counts only: which pages were viewed, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. This doesn't identify you and doesn't follow you around the web.

Why I use it

To reply to you, to prepare for our call, and to decide whether I can help with what you described.

If we don't end up working together, I may get in touch now and then later on, for example when I start offering something that fits what you asked about. Every one of those emails has a simple way to say no more, and once you do, you won't hear from me again.

I don't use your details for advertising, I don't sell them, and I don't share them with anyone for their marketing.

Who handles it for me

A few services run parts of the site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the checker's AI (Workers AI), runs the spam check on the forms and the checker (Turnstile) and counts visits (Web Analytics). Cloudflare says it doesn't use what you type into Workers AI to train its models. How Turnstile handles your data is covered in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Airtable is where your details are saved when you send them.
  • Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
  • Google runs my calendar and Google Meet, and emails me a copy of what you send through the forms so I can reply quickly.
  • My email provider holds emails you send me.

Some of these services store data outside the Philippines, including in the United States. I only use services that protect the information they hold for me.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no ad or tracking cookies. Two things on it may use what they need to work:

  • the spam check on the forms reads basic details about your browser and connection to tell people from bots
  • the booking calendar, once it loads, may set cookies Cal.com needs to run it

How long I keep it

  • If you don't become a client: until you ask me to delete it, or until it's no longer useful for the reasons above, whichever comes first.
  • If you become a client: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as my agreement with you and my tax and accounting records require.
  • The checker text you didn't send me: not kept at all.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • tell you what I hold about you, and send you a copy
  • correct anything that's wrong
  • delete it, or stop using it
  • explain anything on this page

Email info@letsautomateph.com and I'll reply within one business day and act on it within 30 days. You don't have to give a reason.

These rights come from the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you similar rights, and I use your details on the basis that you asked me to reply to you. If you're not happy with how I've handled something, you can complain to the Philippines' National Privacy Commission or to the data protection authority where you live, though I'd like the chance to fix it first.

Children

The site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
